Our History

 

Since 1995, our parent company MegaMe Srl, registered in Pistoia, Italy, has been a leading international trading company specializing in dairy products manufactured in Italy.

 

 

Key Milestones:

- 1995: We commenced our operations.

- 1999: The company expanded its market presence by establishing commercial collaborations with dairy products from Estonia and Lithuania.

- 2003: We entered the Polish dairy product market, importing and distributing products from local factories.

- 2007: The company diversified its product offerings by importing dairy products from Greece and distributing them throughout Italy.

- 2011: We marked our first international export to Asia.

- 2011: The company secured exclusive agreements with dairy factories in Belgium, representing them in the Italian market.

- 2012: We relocated our headquarters to Montecatini Terme, Italy.

- 2013: The company expanded its global reach by exporting to Africa and obtaining the ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems.

- 2013: We established a dairy manufacturing and processing plant in Acconia, Italy, specializing in Italian cheese types.

- 2014: The company further enhanced its quality standards by obtaining the ISO 22000 certification.

- 2014: Production of Block Mozzarella Cheese commenced.

- 2014: We launched our own brands, “Gran Maestro Cheese, Alpremo Cheese, Vegamia and Ana's Cheese”.

- 2015: The company introduced its international clients to a diverse range of Italian dairy products under the Gran Maestro Cheese brand.

- 2015: We expanded our market reach to North America with its first export.

- 2016: The company obtained the HACCP certification, ensuring the safety and quality of its products.

- 2016: We embarked on our first export to South America.

- 2016: Production of Grated Italian Type Hard Cheese commenced.

- 2017: We secured the Halal certification, aligning its products with the dietary requirements of Muslim consumers.

 

 

2018

- Our first export was made to Oceania.

- Production of Italian Type Hard Cheese flakes commenced.

 

2019

- We produced our first Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

- Production of Diced Mozzarella Cheese commenced.

- We initiated the production of Imitation Cheese.

 

2020

- We established a dairy manufacturing and processing plant for European Cheese types in Bolu, Turkiye.

- We produced our first Block Kashkaval Cheese.

- We commenced the production of Vegan & Plant-Based Cheese.

 

2021

- Production of Block Edam Cheese commenced.

- We produced our first Block Gouda Cheese.

- Production of Block Emmental Cheese commenced.

- We produced our first Block Maasdam Cheese.

 

2022

- Production of Block White and Red Cheddar Cheese commenced.

- We participated as an exhibitor at SIAL 2022 in Paris, France.

- Production of Shredded Edam Cheese commenced.

- We initiated the production of Shredded Gouda Cheese.

 

2023

- We participated as an exhibitor at Marca 2023 in Bologna, Italy.

 

2024

- We relocated our headquarters to Genoa, Italy.

- Production of Diced White and Red Cheddar Cheese commenced.

- We initiated the production of Shredded Maasdam.

 

2025

- Production of Block and Sliced Goat Cheese commenced.

- We initiated the production of Diced Emmental Cheese.

- Production of Diced Maasdam Cheese commenced.

- We established a Sales and Marketing Office in Monsummano Terme to enhance our service to local and global clients.
